Born in NZ, and now living in Brisbane, Australia. I am located at Goodlife Alexandra Hills. I have dedicated my life to changing bodies and changing lives.

It is possible to achieve the body of your dreams while still eating your favourite foods. It comes down to having the right motivation, mindset and education. I will focus on that so that you can focus on the results.

Personal training

I've been in the fitness industry for three years as a 1-on-1 personal trainer and body transformation specialist. I've helped 100's of people change their body and wellbeing and creating a better and healthier lifestyle.

12 week challenge

Initially a 12 week commitment, it will consist of 4-5 fun and challenging sessions per week that can be done in the comfort of your own home or gym in less than 30 minutes with me as your Personal Trainer. Each workout is written to your ability and catered to you individually as if I was standing beside you as your Personal Trainer.

If you have a gym membership and want to get effective workouts to complete in the gym to ensure you are working in the right direction for your goals I can design programs to suit you and your needs.

Lacking motivation? Can’t afford a Personal trainer? Here’s the solution? I’m offering weekly workout programmes, nutrition information, weekly check ins to keep you accountable. ONLY $10. I will offer you the services of providing you with HIIT workouts anytime, any where no gym equipment provided. Or if you have a gym membership i will provide you with the correct coaching and motivation to get your maximum results!
